进入「管理系统>智能运维>备份还原」，在「平台配置」、「报表模板」、「BI模板」、「jar 包」、「插件」 Tab 栏下分别点击「手动备份」，更多详情信息见：备份还原 https://help.finebi.com/doc-view-400.html。
若「管理系统>智能运维>备份还原」页面提示为当前环境为内置库不支持备份还原功能，手动将%FineBI%/webroot/WEB-INF下的dashboards、embed、lib、plugins、reportlets五个文件夹拷贝到%FineBI%/webroot/backup目录下。
2、「重要」仅支持5.1.5及更高版本升级6.0
当前升级6.0支持的最低版本为5.1.5（2020.08.07），若您的jar包版本过低，请至少升级到可支持的最低版本。
3、「重要」升级后将强制进行全局更新，此次只更新全部随父表更新的自助数据集，全局更新完成后方可启动工程，请您合理安排升级时间

Click Manual Backup on the Platform Configuration, Report Template, BI Template, JAR Package, and Plugin tab pages respectively under System Management > Intelligent O&M > Backup & Restoration. For details, see Backup and Restoration (https://help.fanruan.com/finebi-en/doc-view-
4400.html?source=4).If a prompt (indicating that the current environment is a built-in database and does not support the backup and restoration function) is displayed under System Management > Intelligent O&M > Backup & Restoration, manually copy the dashboards, embed, lib, plugins, reportlets, and resource folders in %FineBI%/webroot/WEB-INF
. Copyand paste them to %FineBI%/webroot/backup.2. [Important] Only Upgrade from 5.1.5 and Later Versions to 6.0
The current minimum version that can be upgraded to 6.0 is 5.1.5 (2020.08.07). If your JAR package has a too low version, upgrade to at least the minimum supported version.
3. [Important] After upgrade, global update will be performed forcibly. In this case, only self-service datasets updated with the parent table will be updated. The project can be started only after the global update is complete. Arrange the upgrade time reasonably.
